New Balance is seeking a proactive retail associate in Antwerpen to engage, educate, and entertain customers from the moment they enter the store. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and drive a high-quality brand experience across the floor.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding NB standards and store policies. Flexible hours and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs.
• Demonstrate customer service skills.
• Understanding of POS register systems.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Analyses the store performance (bestsellers, space allocation) and adjusts to boost productivity.
• Delivers total customer satisfaction via our service model and boosts sales through the customer experience.
• Coordinates training to ensure the team meets product, NB technologies and seasonal goals.
• Supports recruitment, induction, training and development of the store team.
• Acts as key holder and executes basic store operations, sales, stock control.
• Handles inquiries and escalates customer complaints as needed.
• Monitors store policies and procedures per retail game changer guidelines.
• Performs other duties as required by the Store Manager.
