Qualifications

• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate customer service skills.
• Knowledge of loss prevention procedures.
• Desire to learn and achieve sales targets, with high knowledge of retail KPIs.
• Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes.
• Team player with retail experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Drive and motivate your team to hit individual and store targets.
• Lead by example on shop floor and back of house.
• Manage stock control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Analyze store performance and adjust strategies to boost productivity.
• Deliver total customer satisfaction through the service model and upsell.
• Coordinate staff rota and store scheduling.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards in store.
• Oversee HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training.
• Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues to Senior Management.
• Share feedback with Senior Management for continuous improvement.
