What happens when Sergio Herman, a three-Michelin-starred chef, collaborates with LambWeston, the world's best potato producer? The answer is simple, yet revolutionary: the creation ofthe best Frites in the world. Driven by this vision, Frites Atelier's first location opened in 2016, and Sergio continued to refine and perfect the Frites over the next six years. Today, we proudly operatethree flagship Ateliersin Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent. Building on this foundation and driven by our ambition to grow, we launched a franchise strategy to bring our signature Frites to a global audience.
Each Atelier offers more than just one‑of‑a‑kind Frites, it delivers a luxurious gastronomic experience, bringing the soul of a classic brasserie to life. As Sergio would say himself:"Perfection has earned me three Michelin stars, and even the simplest dish, like truly delicious Frites, deserves the same dedication. Enjoy!"
