Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Customer Service Agent to join its multinational team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle customer inquiries across voice, email, and live chat, leveraging product knowledge to deliver accurate and empathetic solutions to Arabic-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with our international office environment.
• Prior experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
• A proactive attitude toward learning and career growth within the international staffing market.
• Valid EU passport (or eligibility to work in Bulgaria) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chat.
• Represent our clients with professionalism while resolving complex inquiries within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient solutions to Arabic-speaking clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a personalized and empathetic service experience.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize support workflows and maintain service level agreements.
• Document all interactions accurately within our CRM systems to ensure high-quality data management.
• Participate in regular team briefings to align on quality standards and service performance targets.
