Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Client Specialist to join our partner's Customer Support Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, resolving inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining detailed records and SLAs.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, with prior customer support experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid EU passport for relocation.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required.
• Proficiency in English to interact with a diverse, international team.
• Experience in Customer Support Services is highly preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for excellence in client relations.
• EU passport is mandatory to facilitate relocation to Sofia.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Arabic-speaking clients in the Customer Support Services setup.
• Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while upholding SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed client records and interaction history for service efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring service challenges.
• Act as a linguistic bridge to ensure seamless communication for Arabic-speaking clients.
