ENTICO ICT in Brussels seeks an application support engineer for the Data & App Support team. You will deploy and support in-house applications on Windows IIS and SQL, expand Linux/Windows expertise, and assist in DRP/BCP planning.

A medior-to-senior profile is preferred, with strong scripting, database, and security knowledge. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, application server design and deployment, DRP/BCP validation, and 24/7 standby duty.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting applications on Linux RedHat and Windows Server environments.
• Proficient IIS management and web deployments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting abilities.
• Experience with databases like MS-SQL and MongoDB; knowledge of RabbitMQ or Redis Cache is a plus.
• Understanding of firewalls and network load balancing concepts; familiarity with DevOps/CI‑CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist on deploying and updating in-house applications in acceptance and production environments (Windows IIS & SQL).
• Contribute to application server architecture and deployment for new apps.
• Support DRP/BCP validation and execution.
• Interface with IT clients and provide second-line troubleshooting.
• Configure load balancing VIPs and support core technologies (RabbitMQ, Redis Cache).
• Maintain operational and installation documentation.
• Participate in 24/7 duty role as scheduled.
