Candriam in Brussels is seeking a Digital Analytics & Conversion Specialist to lead measurement, analytics and CRO across websites, campaigns and CRM. You will develop and evolve the digital analytics ecosystem, transforming data into actionable insights that drive engagement and performance.

Work closely with marketing and IT teams to deliver reliable reporting, dashboards and data-driven recommendations that maximize user journeys and overall digital effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or conversion optimization.
Experience working in financial services or regulated industries is an asset.
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and marketing performance metrics.
Piwik PRO expertise.
Power BI expertise.
Web analytics and reporting.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Data visualization and storytelling.
SQL and data analysis skills are an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Define andmaintain digital measurement frameworks and KPIs.
Manage and optimize PiwikPRO tracking implementation.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Monitor website, campaign, CRM and social media performance.
Analyze customer journeys and identify conversion opportunities.
Support UX and CRO initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
Produce regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure data quality, governance and reporting consistency.
Collaborate with CRM, Web, Campaign and IT teams to improve digital performance.
Support experimentation and testing initiatives.

Mission

As part of Candriam's digital transformation, the Digital Analytics & Conversion Specialist is the central expert for digital performance measurement, analytics and conversion optimization.

The role is responsible for developing and evolving Candriam's digital analytics ecosystem, transforming data into actionable insights that enhance customer journeys, improve digital performance and support data-driven decision making across websites, campaigns, CRM activities and other digital platforms.
