adesso Belgium is seeking an experienced Solution Sales professional to drive growth in Belgium, focusing on AI transformation projects and expanding our client base. You will hunt new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and represent the company at events.

With 8+ years in IT consultancy or solution sales, you combine a consultative approach with a strong network of IT decision-makers and a bilingual NL/FR background, plus fluent English. A dynamic, hybrid workspace in Brussels awaits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT consultancy / solution sales.
• Affinity with one or more adesso offerings.
• Networking and closing deals with prospects.
• Already have a network of IT decision-makers.
• Proven track record of successful deals and market knowledge.
• Self-starter who can handle stress.
• Think in terms of solutions rather than problems.
• Bilingual NL/FR and fluent in English.

Your Scope

As a Solution Sales for adesso, you'll be part of a driven sales team focused on expanding our presence in Belgium.

• Guiding our customers in the AI transformation projects.
• You proactively explore the market and bring in new business, combining a strong hunting mindset with a consultative approach. You hunt, engage new prospects, open doors, build & maintain lasting relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Adesso portfolio especially around:
• Agentic AI (Adscaile, Adfactory solution, AI HUB, custom AI solutions)
• MS Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain, Business Central, Marketing/sales and Customer & Field Service) Power Platform, Copilot, ...
• Digital Experience (UX/UI, Software engineering, Cloud)
• Data & AI (MS Fabric; Databricks, Data Governance and agentic Development)
• Together with technical teams, you co-create tailored, value-driven solutions and proposals that are both commercially compelling and technically sound.
• You'll represent adesso Belgium in the market: attending events, nurturing your network, and positioning us as a trusted partner.
• You'll help drive strategic growth in a region where relationships matter - and where your local insight makes the difference.
• You will focus on matching the right IT profiles / solutions with the needs of your customers.
• You are a self-starter who, thanks to your strong drive and professional approach, is able to identify customers' IT needs at all times.
• You will engage with prospects to identify and clarify strategic technological needs in the field of IT.
• You actively listen, understands and uses the information gained from the dialog
• You ask targeted questions and get to the heart of the matter
• You use storytelling or imagery to stay in the customer's mind
• In time, you build up a broad network within the adesso group and connect with our international sales community

Your Profile

• You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in IT consultancy / solution sales.
• You have affinity with one or more of the adesso offerings
• Networking and closing deals with prospects gives you energy & satisfaction.
• You enjoy making new contacts and already have a network of IT decision-makers.
• You have a proven track record of successful deals and you know the market, the trends, the competitors, and where the opportunities lie.
• You are a self-starter who can handle a healthy dose of stress.
• You think in terms of solutions rather than problems.
• Bachelor's /Master degree or equivalent through experience.
• You are bilingual (NL/FR) and can express yourself fluently in English.
