Michael Page is seeking an AI Director to lead AI strategy, advisory services, and transformation initiatives in Brussels. You will bridge technology and business, guiding executive stakeholders on AI roadmaps, governance, and scalable AI programs.

The role requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and credibility with both C-level executives and technical teams, driving measurable impact across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, digital transformation, data, or AI.
• Proven track record in defining AI strategies and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI and ML.
• Ability to engage credibly with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive AI strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on AI opportunities and governance.
• Identify trends and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Support executive decision-making on AI initiatives.
• Lead AI roadmaps and transformation programs.
