Job summary

Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a dynamic business development professional to grow a portfolio of clients across Brussels and Belgium. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to long-term partnerships, selling AI consultancy services and building lasting executive relationships.

The role demands 2–6 years in consulting or IT services, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in English, French and/or Dutch. Hybrid work and coaching from leadership are available.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in consulting, staffing, recruitment or IT services.
• Experience developing new accounts from scratch.
• Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to challenge, influence and convince stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
• A passion for business development and people.
• You don't wait for leads. You create them.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and executives.
• Understand business challenges and propose the right consulting solution.
• Sell AI expertise.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
• Work closely with recruiters to match consultants to client needs.
• Follow consultants on-site and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
