Editx is seeking an AI Director to shape and drive its AI strategy, advisory services, and transformation initiatives for client engagements in Brussels. You will engage with C-level executives to define AI roadmaps and transformation programs, balancing business value with technical feasibility.

Leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants, data scientists, and engineers, you will champion responsible AI, governance, and scalable architectures while guiding innovation and client engagements

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and driving AI strategy for client engagements.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate AI opportunities into actionable initiatives.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and challenge architecture and data teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive AI strategies aligned with clients' transformation agendas.
• Advise executives on AI opportunities, governance, and organizational change.
• Lead executive discussions on AI-driven transformation and innovation.
• Partner with clients to identify use cases that improve productivity, customer experience, and revenue.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the AI practice.
