Michael Page International (Belgium) is recruiting a Digital and Process Expert (AI) to lead the organization’s digital and AI transformation across its accounting offices in Belgium. You will analyze current processes, define future-state workflows, and drive adoption of digital tools and AI solutions.

The role combines business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, and change management, with regular travel to local offices.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or change management role.
• Solid understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes in professional services.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Experience with digital platforms, workflow tools, automation solutions, or business software ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes across accounting offices and identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and automate.
• Define future-state workflows and select technologies to support them.
• Drive adoption of digital tools including accounting, reporting, workflow, and collaboration platforms.
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions that boost productivity and service quality.
• Monitor AI trends and translate them into concrete business opportunities.
• Design and coordinate change management strategies for large-scale transformation projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to management on digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with key users and local offices to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback, reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Build internal communities to share best practices and AI applications.
