Electra is leading the electric mobility shift in Europe and is seeking an AI-native Inbound & Account Manager to own the inbound pipeline for new corporate fleet leads and to manage a portfolio of taxi and last-mile delivery accounts. You will automate workflows, improve HubSpot-driven processes, and drive renewals while representing Electra at relevant industry events.

You will bring 2+ years in account management or inbound sales, comfort with AI tools, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years in account management, inside sales, or inbound sales.
Genuinely AI-native: comfortable using AI and automation tools to speed up work.
Comfort with a defined CRM process and a bias for automation.
Experience with high-frequency B2B fleet segments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and comfort with numbers.
Nice to have Dutch and English proficiency; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

Own the inbound lead pipeline end-to-end: qualify, route, and close qualified opportunities.
Manage and grow Electra's taxi and last-mile delivery fleet accounts: onboarding, renewal, and daily relations.
Use AI tools to automate lead triage, scoring, and follow-up workflows.
Work within HubSpot processes and dashboards; suggest improvements.
Track and report inbound conversion rates and specialty-account health.
Represent Electra to taxi and fleet operators at industry touchpoints.
