Nodalview, Brussels HQ, is seeking a Growth & CRM Marketeer to own lead generation performance and optimize the marketing-to-sales funnel through the CRM. You’ll drive new business in a fast-growing PropTech environment, using AI tools to speed up data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.

The role emphasizes end-to-end campaign execution, data quality in HubSpot, and collaboration with marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing or marketing ops
• Hands-on ownership of CRM data/lead lifecycle (HubSpot or equivalent)
• B2B or SaaS experience is a plus
• AI-native: uses AI daily to speed up work and data workflows

Responsabilités

• Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams or external partners, and be hands-on in platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor and analyse lead generation performance (MQL/SQL, cost per lead, channel performance)
• Identify optimisation opportunities across current or new channels
• Analyse and optimise funnel conversion rates (MQL → Customer)
• Ensure alignment between marketing targeting and sales needs
• Own CRM data quality, lead lifecycle, scoring, and routing
