Job summary

Movify in Belgium is seeking an AI Business Manager to open doors across the country. No AI background needed; you bring consultancy sales expertise and a passion for AI. You will build targeted pipelines, connect with Heads of Data, CDOs, CIOs, and innovation leads, and drive new business from first meeting to long-term partnerships.

You'll collaborate with AI engineers and data experts to tailor client solutions, manage bids, and close deals, shaping Movify's growth in the Belgian AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in BD in IT consultancy, Big Four, or AI/data company.
• Track record of opening new accounts.
• Understand consultancy model: rates, margins, long-term assignments.
• Comfort with business and tech decision-makers.
• Interest in AI; Belgian AI & Data scene a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French; trilingual ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline and reach decision-makers to secure first meetings.
• Identify client needs and propose the right expert for long-term engagement.
• Manage bids, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with recruiter and AI Lead to present talent to clients.
• Turn initial wins into repeat, long-term collaborations.
