Vaigo seeks a Mobility Solutions Specialist in a junior, high‑ownership role based in Leuven. You will blend pre‑sales expertise with implementation leadership, acting as the platform expert in prospect discussions and then guiding customers through onboarding.

You’ll lead the implementation, coordinate payroll integration, and own go‑live, while using AI to drive productivity and deliver tangible value. Fluent Dutch, French, and English are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business and/or Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in a junior role but proven achievements.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Join prospect conversations as the platform expert in the room.
• Answer technical and functional questions and position Vaigo clearly.
• Help partner managers close deals with credibility, not scripts.
• Lead the implementation: configure mobility policy and payroll integration.
• Own go-live and be the single point of contact from kickoff to launch.
• Follow up after go-live to catch and resolve issues early.
• Use AI at every step to multiply output beyond traditional consultants.
• Represent the voice of the customer and feed insights internally.
