Job summary

InTouch, a Leuven/Sint-Truiden hub-based SaaS company, seeks a senior Solution Engineer to own complex projects from architecture to delivery. You’ll drive migrations to modern stacks, lead with Domain-Driven Design, and shape AI-native workflows across a small but ambitious team.

You will mentor engineers, align technical and product visions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability, and long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• Senior level with deep technical ownership and responsibility for complex projects.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and architecture decisions.
• Proven mentorship and leadership abilities, guiding junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from legacy to modern stack within the team and across the org.
• Serve as technical sparring partner to architect; define guardrails and architectural direction.
• Develop AI-native workflows and context engineering practices for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across teams, coach engineers, and drive high-quality delivery to customers.
