Zusammenfassung

Vaigo BV is seeking a Mobility Solutions Specialist (junior role) to blend platform knowledges with implementation ownership. You’ll support partner managers in pre-sales, then lead the implementation post-deal, configuring mobility policies and payroll integrations while guiding customers to live value.

You will engage in prospect discussions as the platform expert, answer questions, and ensure a smooth go-live with a strong customer focus, using AI to boost productivity across every step.

Qualifikationen

• AI-first, and AI-curious: use AI to multiply your output, not just save a few minutes.
• Entrepreneurial track record: built or led something notable recently and show impact.
• Master's degree (Business and/or Engineering).
• 0–2 years of experience—junior role but with proven capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, moving easily between profiles.

Aufgaben

• Join prospect conversations as the platform expert in the room.
• Answer technical and functional questions and position Vaigo clearly.
• Help close deals through credibility, not a script.
• Lead implementation: configure mobility policy, coordinate payroll integration, onboard customers.
• Own go-live and be the single point of contact from kickoff to launch.
• Follow up post go-live to resolve issues before escalations.
