Stanley/Stella is seeking a hands-on digital project professional to help design and deliver AI-driven solutions across our international teams. You will translate business needs into tools, workflows, and automations, and drive adoption from idea to production.

You’ll work with business teams to prototype, test, and scale what works, acting as a trusted partner to enable new ways of working while ensuring systems run smoothly and evolve with feedback.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in digital projects, business analysis, automation or AI.
• Ability to translate ideas into real, usable solutions.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the design and delivery of game-changing digital / AI solutions for the future of ST/ST.
• Deliver impactful digital projects end-to-end (from idea to go-live and adoption).
• Turn business needs into concrete solutions (tools, workflows, apps).
• Design and deploy automations & AI use cases (n8n, LLMs, low-code tools, etc.).
• Experiment, prototype, and scale what works into production.
• Act as a trusted partner for business teams and help them embrace new ways of working.
• Own what you build: ensure it runs smoothly, is monitored, and keeps improving.
