Qualifications

• 7+ years in software delivery or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading engineering transformation or change management programs in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and multiple engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI-driven transformation of software engineering across the SDLC.
• Analyze current software development processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic AI/automation roadmap for engineering delivery.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering approaches (Specification-Driven Development, Agentic AI).
• Scale AI initiatives from pilots to enterprise-wide standards.
• Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Engineering Managers, Architects, Agile Coaches, Product Managers, and Operations teams.
• Tailor transformation initiatives to the maturity and context of different teams.
• Promote AI adoption across Product Management, Business Analysis, DevOps, and QA.
