Stanley/Stella is seeking a hands-on digital project professional to help design and deliver AI-driven solutions across our international teams. You will translate business needs into tools, workflows, and automations, and drive adoption from idea to production.

You’ll work with business teams to prototype, test, and scale what works, acting as a trusted partner to enable new ways of working while ensuring systems run smoothly and evolve with feedback.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in digital projects, business analysis, automation or AI.
• Ability to translate ideas into real, usable solutions.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset in a multicultural environment.

Your role and impact

About you

• 3-5 years in digital projects / business analysis / automation / AI
• Comfortable mixingbusiness thinking + hands-on execution
• Curious and proactive: you like testing new tools and learning fast
• Able totranslate ideas into real, usable solutions
• Not intimidated by APIs, middleware,workflowsand other ITconcepts
• Strongcommunicator, able to work across teams
• Strong alignment with ST/ST’s core values of Respect, Transparency, Entrepreneurship and Customer-Centricity
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset in a multicultural, international environment
• Can cope with a sometimes-demandingenvironment(scale-up context)
