In The Pocket is seeking an AI Transformation expert to help organisations adopt AI at scale, spanning strategy, governance and applied AI across enterprise and government clients. You’ll work from our Ghent, Antwerp or Leuven studios, often embedded on-site, partnering with clients to define use cases and rollout plans.

You’ll lead workshops, develop roadmaps and KPIs, and shape AI differentiation strategies while balancing quick wins with long-term investments.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in digital strategy, transformation or AI-focused roles serving enterprise or public-sector clients.
Solid grasp of AI and machine learning concepts to have credible conversations with executives and engineers.
Ability to run workshops with senior stakeholders, synthesize findings into a clear strategy and present it with confidence.
Think in terms of business outcomes, not just features, and communicate trade-offs honestly.
Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

Lead AI transformation engagements from strategy to rollout in client projects.
Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and synthesize findings into a clear strategy.
Define KPI’s and evaluation frameworks focused on impact and outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering, data teams and product teams to shape AI roadmaps.
Advise clients on AI readiness, governance and responsible adoption.
