HMS Networks is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, AI Transformation & Customer Experience to lead digital growth and customer engagement across the Industrial Data Solutions division. You will shape digital marketing strategies, AI-enabled capabilities, and data-driven journeys in collaboration with Product, Sales, R&D, Analytics and Corporate Marketing.

The role emphasizes leadership, multi-channel campaigns, AI adoption, customer insights, and end-to-end journey optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications or Analytics.
12+ years in B2B digital marketing, integrated marketing, customer experience, product marketing, or demand generation.
5+ years of leadership or team management experience.
Strong experience in Belgian/Central European markets.
Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
Lead AI-enabled marketing capabilities and data-driven customer journeys.
Drive integrated campaigns across web, email, social, paid media, events, and ABM.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
