Stanley/Stella is seeking a seasoned leader to own the operational health of its web ecosystem, including websites, APIs and e-commerce integrations. You will guide a technical governance roadmap, ensuring secure, stable, scalable solutions aligned with technology standards.

Lead a cross-functional extended team, including strategic web partners, to drive operational excellence and leverage AI-enabled capabilities where value is created.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Application Management, Service Management or Digital Platforms.
• Experience with business-critical web applications or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with security, reliability and compliance expectations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across IT and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Own performance, stability and security of the web application landscape.
• Manage incidents, releases and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and platform health.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security and business continuity requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Product Owners on roadmap initiatives.
• Assess technical feasibility, risks, dependencies and operational impacts.
• Ensure new capabilities are scalable and maintainable.
• Promote standardization and long-term sustainability.
