Job summary

Oradian seeks a Senior Product Manager to own defined areas of its AI-powered core banking platform. You will shape product strategy for banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments and reporting, plus the AI agent extensions that customize the platform for customers.

You will work with engineering and data teams in a high-autonomy scale-up, using AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping and documentation while maintaining strong written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as Product Manager/Owner in Fintech B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with AI tooling: able to analyse, prototype and ship.
• Enough technical depth to decide extension points and what customers can override.
• Clear, structured written and verbal English.
• Comfort with high autonomy in a scale-up with light processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the banking core domains: lending, deposits, payments, accounting and reporting.
• Own the AI agents roadmap and enable customer-specific extensions.
• Define product scope, roadmap and commercial commitments within your domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, data and customer-facing teams to accelerate delivery.
