You will shape product roadmaps, articulate functional specs in agile teams, and collaborate with data scientists and designers to deliver high-value AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years as Product Owner/PM.
• Experience across Banking/FinTech.
• Experience deploying/scaling AI solutions (Chatbots, VAs, Speech-to-text).
• Strategic thinking for roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Oversee products around AI-related domains (Virtual Assistants, Autonomous Agents, Speech-to-text).
• Clarify functional specs per agile methodology.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define needs and deliver high-value products.
• Develop a compelling 3-year product vision.
• Lead squads of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and UX/UI Designers.
• Prioritize backlog around strategic needs and manage dependencies.
