Job summary

Moody’s Investors Service is seeking a senior specialist to drive adoption of data products and AI-enabled solutions for financial services clients. You will lead onboarding, gather requirements, and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes consultative engagement, data governance awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing software, data product or tech implementation roles.
• Strong consultative communication and ability to translate business needs into data/product requirements.
• Familiarity with data product concepts including data quality, governance and operational support.
• Experience with data platforms and analytics environments (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Kafka).

Responsibilities

• Enable customer adoption of Moody’s data products and AI solutions through implementation leadership.
• Lead customer-facing implementation, onboarding and adoption activities for data products and AI solutions.
• Capture requirements and translate into delivery plans and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Governance and Sales to support planning and delivery.
• Travel occasionally to customer locations as required.
