Job summary

Scalable Capital is seeking a Product Manager for the AI Platform to define, scale, and operationalize AI capabilities across the organization. You will lead the strategy to unify AI offerings, collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers, and ensure secure, compliant integration of AI into internal products and workflows.

You will drive implementation of strategic AI use cases, manage agile processes, and translate business goals into actionable user stories for multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, backend services, APIs or AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt design, agent architectures, and evaluation approaches.
• Able to work effectively with engineering and Data Science teams; a technical degree is a strong plus.
• Experience with AI regulatory landscape, compliance, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI Platform roadmap for scalable, compliant services.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers and Software Engineers across domains.
• Drive AI use-case implementation with cross-team alignment (AI platform, domain teams, mobile).
• Ensure AI compliance, governance, and data protection adherence.
• Plan and monitor GTM for AI features with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Compliance.
• Lead the cross-functional AI Platform team and translate business goals into actionable user stories.
• Leverage data, market trends and feedback to evolve the AI Platform vision.
