NORRIQ Financial Services is seeking a Business Analyst AI in Banking to bridge business needs with AI-enabled banking solutions. You will work in a Scrum team with stakeholders, architects, and legal to deliver impactful change, focusing on AI-driven initiatives and GenAI use cases.

You will analyse processes, elicit requirements, and support the full project lifecycle from design to testing, with a strong emphasis on governance, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar consulting role.
• Experience in IT/transformation projects and banking domain knowledge.
• Strong requirements management and modelling skills.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions and LLMs.
• Experience collaborating with IT delivery teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business processes, customer journeys, and banking workflows.
• Elicit, document, validate requirements and create user stories/use cases.
• Identify AI opportunities that drive measurable business value.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs under Agile teams.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT delivery.
• Support AI-driven initiatives including Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to solution testing with test scenarios and UAT preparation.
• Monitor progress, impacts, and dependencies; support change management.
• Align business objectives with regulatory and tech capabilities in banking.
• Track results through KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Promote best practices in analysis and process modelling.
