mc2i is seeking an AI Consultant in Brussels to support a major banking client on strategic AI projects. You will bring expertise across project phases from analysis to deployment and governance.

Reporting to a local Manager, you will collaborate with our DATA/IA center of expertise, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help recruit and grow the team in Belgium. The role offers a permanent CDI contract and opportunities to stay at the forefront of AI and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI or Data with an AI background.
• Expertise covers the European regulatory framework: EU AI Act, GDPR, ideally supplemented by knowledge of responsible AI.
• Skills in risk management; knowledge of NIST AI Risk appreciated.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) is a plus.
• Passionate about new technologies and evolving tech, join dynamic growing team on high-value banking projects.
• Bilingual, English fluency and French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs.
• Identifying and benchmarking AI solutions meeting governance and risk management needs.
• Assessing impact on user process and system maintenance.
• Defining AI system classifications under EU AI Act.
• Supporting development teams during design phase and ensuring specs comply with business requirements.
• Preparing and carrying out tests and providing documentation (test plan, tracking tool, incident management).
• Assisting users in communication and training plans, as well as establishing AI governance.
