Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, translating complex challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and deliver value for enterprise customers.

You’ll lead end-to-end engagements, define AI strategy, and ensure adoption and measurable outcomes across multiple accounts, including government, nonprofit, and education sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience; not just a nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume).
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risks, and reporting; act as delivery backbone.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes).
• Manage customer stakeholder relationships with government, nonprofit, or education sectors.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize benefits.
• Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the roadmap.
