This role blends hands-on engineering with executive-level influence, driving architectural standards, data readiness, and enterprise deployments across multiple engagements.

You’ll scale talent, maintain velocity, and align with Services, Account Success, and Product teams to maximize production value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI/LLMs and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation and data pipelines.
