Job summary

Capgemini Invent’s Data & AI team is seeking a Forward Deployed Manager to bridge AI ambition and business value at client sites. You will embed with client teams, translating needs into prototypes, validating concepts, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You’ll design AI-enabled solutions using Claude, n8n, and the Microsoft ecosystem, balancing speed, cost, and quality. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required, with strong collaboration across business and tech stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience across general/advisory roles.
• Experience advising senior client stakeholders and building trust.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
• Hands-on background as a software/AI engineer or technical delivery professional.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-value business challenges into working prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Act as technical counterpart to client stakeholders, delivering tangible outcomes.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions (LLM apps, automations, agentic workflows).
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between scope, speed, cost, and maintainability to maximise delivery impact.
• Apply a product mindset: define success metrics, gather feedback, iterate solutions.
• Ensure solutions are documented, supportable, and ready for production handover to IT.
• Support client adoption and identify reusable patterns for scale across engagements.
• Collaborate with Industry Leads to turn delivery into stronger offerings and reusable assets.
