Fujitsu is seeking a Forward Deployed Director for Europe Wayfinders to bridge engineering, consulting and delivery. You will be embedded with strategic clients across the Benelux, guiding AI transformations from validation to production-grade systems.

You will design and deploy AI-enabled solutions using enterprise foundation models, ensuring robust, secure operation and measurable business impact. This role emphasizes pragmatic delivery and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a software engineer or AI engineer with customer-facing work.
• Proven track record of taking complex systems from prototype to production in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions (LLMs, agent workflows, automation) at scale.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for Wayfinders—from discovery to MVP build and handover.
• Translate high-value AI use cases into working MVPs within enterprise environments.
• Design and build AI-enabled systems integrated with existing platforms; ensure security and reliability.
