Job summary

Credendo seeks a senior consultant to define and validate an Agentic AI operating model within IT project delivery. You will align governance with PRINCE2 Agile, ensuring end-to-end traceability from demand to release while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders in a hybrid Brussels setup.

The role requires strong IT governance experience, Generative AI and AI agents knowledge, and proficiency in English (Dutch or French acceptable).

• Senior IT governance experience.
• Practical PRINCE2 methodology knowledge.
• Generative AI working knowledge.
• AI agents working knowledge.
• Agentic workflow working knowledge.
• Human oversight governance knowledge.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Dutch or French also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Define Agentic AI operating model within IT project and application delivery.
• Identify activities AI agents can support vs. human responsibilities with controls.
• Integrate PRINCE2 Agile governance into delivery framework.
• Define how AI agents support requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and release planning.
• Design a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow across architecture, code reviews, testing and release prep.
• Translate model requirements for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow with end-to-end traceability.
• Support pilots or proofs of concept and scaling recommendations.
• Deliver operating model principles and governance guidelines.
