Capgemini Invent’s Forward Deployed Manager role sits at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and delivery. You’ll embed with client teams to move AI and automation concepts from validation to production, selecting the right tools and architectures for measurable business impact.

The role requires hands-on software/AI experience, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and the ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business needs into AI/automation prototypes.
• Experience advising senior client stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on software/AI engineering background with client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to take ideas from prototype to production-ready solutions.
• Define success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate products.
• Design and build AI-enabled and automated solutions using Claude, n8n, and Microsoft tools.
• Ensure documentation and handover to IT for production deployment.
