YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an AI Tech Lead, you operate at the intersection of business transformation and technology. You translate complex challenges into robust architecture designs, contribute to process reimagination enabled by AI, and support the delivery of solutions within large-scale transformation programmes.

Your role includes:

• Define scalable data and AI architectures that translate business strategy into enterprise-ready solutions
• Redesign business processes with Agentic AI
• Advise clients on technology strategy, platform choices, and target architectures
• Lead technical workstreams and guide key architecture decisions across transformation programmes
• Prototype and validate solutions to demonstrate business value, leveraging low-code and no-code (Power Platform, n8n) where relevant
• Ensure solutions scale from pilot to production in line with governance, security, and enterprise standards
• Evaluate value at different steps of the AI product lifecycle

PREFERRED SKILLS/PROFILES/EXPERIENCES

• 4–6 years of experience in data science, engineering or AI solution design, preferably within a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of modern data and AI architectures and the associated technologies
• Experience or interest in process redesign and the application of AI within business workflows
• Familiarity with prototyping approaches and low-code / no-code platforms
• Knowledge of AI and concepts and their integration in enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
• You demonstrate ownership, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and a pragmatic approach to complex challenges
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French
