Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Belgium seeks an AI Strategist to turn AI ambition into measurable business outcomes. You will shape strategies, roadmaps and governance, aligning senior stakeholders and delivery teams across business and technology domains.

You will assess data foundations, operating models and readiness, advising on governance, risk and regulatory requirements including the EU AI Act. This role offers hybrid work arrangements and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in strategy, management, digital, data or AI consulting.
• Evidence of advising senior stakeholders on AI or data transformation, from use-case prioritisation through business case and roadmap.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data foundations, process redesign, change, operating models and responsible AI governance.
• Confidence working with technical teams and using AI tools or platforms to make opportunities tangible; experience with tools such as Claude, n8n or Microsoft technologies is valued.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI strategies, business cases and sequenced roadmaps based on client priorities, value potential and delivery dependencies.
• Assess data foundations, processes, operating models, skills and organisational readiness required to scale AI responsibly.
• Advise business, technology and data leaders on AI governance, risk and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.
• Mobilise delivery teams, define value measures and contribute reusable insights to proposals, offerings and thought leadership.
