Wonka AI is seeking an ambitious Business Development Intern (BDR) to join our Diegem office near Brussels. You will identify prospects, run outbound outreach, and coordinate product configurations for clients, gaining real hands-on sales experience and exposure to cutting-edge AI tech.

Responsibilities span onboarding, discovery calls, demos, proposals, and closing support, plus representing the company at local tech events. Fluency in French and/or Dutch at C2 level is required.

Qualifications

• C2 level in French and/or Dutch
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation, ownership and structured thinking
• Genuine interest in AI, tech, automation and SaaS
• Comfortable with outreach and client-facing interactions

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify prospects.
• Run outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Build and improve multichannel prospecting sequences.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and support the full sales cycle.
• Participate in discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Prepare meetings, follow-ups and commercial proposals.
• Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
• Guide new clients through onboarding.
• Set up initial environment inside our platform.
• Create and configure AI agents, workflows and templates.
• Understand client needs and translate them into product configurations.
• Help clients achieve value from day one.
• Represent Wonka AI at tech and AI events in Brussels and Belgium.
• Participate in meetups, workshops and product presentations.
• Network with partners, potential customers and community members.
• Strengthen brand visibility in the local tech ecosystem.
• Update CRM and maintain clean data.
• Track KPIs and support reporting.
• Contribute to improving sales processes and automation
