ITS Group Benelux is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Coach to guide large-scale IT and organizational transformation. You will assess Agile maturity, define the transformation roadmap and strengthen governance while coaching Agile Coaches and senior management toward sustainable ways of working.

The role includes coordinating with Architecture, Security and Portfolio Management, developing KPIs and maturity indicators, and ensuring knowledge transfer across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in agile coaching and mentoring at scale.
• Strong background in IT governance and organizational change.
• Proven ability to define transformation roadmaps and operating models.

Responsabilités

• Perform agile maturity assessments at team, management and organizational levels.
• Analyze current agile ways of working and governance structures.
• Identify gaps, risks and priority improvement areas.
• Define and prioritize an actionable Agile transformation roadmap.
• Translate digital strategy into concrete IT transformation initiatives.
• Support design of the Target Operating Model.
• Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights and governance principles.
• Develop KPIs, OKRs and maturity indicators to measure progress.
• Coach and mentor the existing Agile Coaching Team.
• Strengthen coaches' capabilities in organizational change and stakeholder management.
• Coach IT management on Agile Leadership.
• Facilitate management workshops and complex transformation discussions.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Coach with strong expertise in large-scale IT and organizational transformation.

The consultant will support a complex IT organization in assessing its Agile maturity, defining the transformation roadmap, strengthening governance and the operating model, and coaching Agile Coaches and senior management toward sustainable Agile ways of working.

• Perform Agile maturity assessments at team, management and organizational level.
• Analyze current Agile ways of working, IT governance and collaboration with Architecture, Security and Portfolio Management.
• Identify gaps, risks and priority improvement areas.
• Define and prioritize an actionable Agile transformation roadmap.
• Translate digital strategy into concrete IT transformation initiatives.
• Support the design of the Target Operating Model.
• Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights and Agile governance principles.
• Develop KPIs, OKRs, maturity indicators and success criteria to measure transformation progress and value.
• Coach and mentor the existing Agile Coaching Team.
• Strengthen Agile Coaches' capabilities in organizational change, stakeholder management and systemic coaching.
• Coach and challenge IT management on Agile Leadership.
• Facilitate management workshops and complex transformation discussions.
• Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

• You have at least 12 of professional experiences in IT
• If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it's best
