Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Malta is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team, focusing on Accounts Payable. You will process supplier invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate vendor records within our ERP system.

The role requires an O-Level in Accounting or equivalent, experience in payables, strong Excel skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while communicating professionally with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• O-Level certificate or equivalent in Accounting.
• Experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Understanding of supplier invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Good communication with suppliers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process supplier invoices in ERP.

Join Our Finance Team – Accounts Executive

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Malta is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in a payables environment who enjoys working with suppliers, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring that accounts are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process supplier invoices and ensure accurate recording in the ERP system.
• Prepare supplier payments and maintain accurate allocation of payments against invoices.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and follow up on outstanding or disputed items.
• Liaise with suppliers and purchasing department to resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Maintain accurate vendor information and accounting records.
• Assist with month-end activities and other Finance-related duties.

What We Are Looking For

• O-Level certificate or equivalent qualification in Accounting.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• A good understanding of supplier invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with suppliers and internal colleagues.
