Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Malta is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team, focusing on Accounts Payable. You will process supplier invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate vendor records within our ERP system.

The role requires an O-Level in Accounting or equivalent, experience in payables, strong Excel skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while communicating professionally with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• O-Level certificate or equivalent in Accounting.
• Experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Understanding of supplier invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Good communication with suppliers and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Verify and process supplier invoices in ERP.
• Prepare supplier payments and allocate payments.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and follow up on outstanding items.
• Liaise with suppliers and purchasing to resolve queries.
• Maintain vendor information and records.
• Assist with month-end activities and other Finance duties.
