Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to advance digital transformation in public sector and education.

You will translate complex needs into practical Salesforce-based solutions and demonstrate the value of our Public Sector Solutions, Education Cloud, and Agentforce. Collaborate with account teams, product specialists and partners to deliver tailored demos, respond to RFPs, provide technical training, and help customers realize ROI through AI-driven CRM.

Qualifications

Experience in the public sector, CRM, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation

Responsibilities

Articulate the value of Salesforce to public sector and educational organizations at all levels.
Assess requirements in public administrations and educational institutions and propose solutions that address regulatory, operational, and ROI needs.
Manage the full solution cycle with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive proposals.
Deliver tailored Salesforce demonstrations reflecting client processes and use storytelling and value positioning.
Prepare and respond to RFPs and provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with product teams to enhance our offerings.
Monitor public sector technology trends to keep Salesforce offerings at the forefront of digital transformation.
Promote enablement activities (webinars, best practices, knowledge sharing)
