Job summary
Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to drive digital transformation in public sector and education sectors. You will combine sales knowledge with hands-on technical skills to design, prototype, and validate real agentic AI solutions, collaborating with customers, account executives, product specialists, and partners.
You will deliver tailored demos, respond to RFPs, provide training, and translate complex needs into practical Salesforce solutions such as Public Sector Solutions,
Qualifications
- Experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Fluent in Flemish/Dutch and English; French a plus.
- Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent.
- Strong communication & analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Articulate Salesforce value to public sector and education orgs.
- Assess requirements in public administrations and education institutions.
- Own the full solution cycle with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver tailored Salesforce demos reflecting organizational processes.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and provide technical training.
- Gather feedback and inform product teams to improve solutions.
- Monitor public sector tech trends to keep offerings current.
- Lead enablement activities and internal training.
- Demonstrate AI and cloud applications to automate services.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to share best practices.
