Key Responsibilities

• Clearly and confidently articulate the value and benefits of Salesforce — as a company and as a platform — to all levels of public sector and educational organizations, including public officials, academic leaders, IT managers, executives, and policy makers.
• Assess business requirements within public administrations and educational institutions, identify challenges, and propose solutions that address regulatory, operational, and innovation needs, highlighting return on investment.
• Manage the entire solution cycle, working closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, consulting, delivery, partners) to ensure a cohesive and impactful proposal.
• Deliver tailored Salesforce demonstrations that reflect the unique processes of the organizations you serve, using storytelling and value positioning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, respond to RFPs, and provide technical training and support to both customers and internal teams.
• Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with product development teams to continuously enhance our solutions.
• Monitor public sector and educational technology trends and innovations to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of digital transformation.
• Promote enablement activities (webinars, best practices, knowledge sharing) and participate in internal training and mentoring initiatives.
• Demonstrate expertise in leveraging AI and cloud applications, showing how these technologies can automate processes, improve citizen and student services, and reduce administrative burden — with the ability to build, not just describe, proof‑of‑concept agentic solutions.
• Co‑build alongside customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement as you go, leaving teams more capable after each engagement.

Requirements & Skills

• Customer‑oriented, curious, critical thinker with a passion for public sector and educational digitalisation, automation, generative AI, and agentic technologies.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within cloud, CRM, or AI applications (public sector/education background is a plus, not a requirement).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional fluency in Flemish / Dutch and English. Good operational command of French is a plus.
• Strong listening, analytical, and business requirement translation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value‑driven solutions for both executive and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and proactive in managing your own professional growth.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, managing diverse projects and priorities (such as sales opportunities, RFPs, subject‑matter expert programmes, and internal enablement).
• Practical experience building or configuring technical solutions, whether through full‑stack development, cloud integration, or AI application building.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, APIs, and integration patterns, sufficient to design solutions, not just consume them.
• Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering — able to explain why a prompt failed and what you'd change.
• Ability to thoughtfully evaluate and refine AI outputs for real‑world reliability.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce industry solutions (Public Sector Solutions, Education Cloud).
• Comfort using AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Salesforce coding tools like Agentforce Vibes).
• Hands‑on experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud, building proofs of concept that move from sketch to demonstrable in days, not months, using modern AI tools.
