Axis Group - HR Advisor in Belgium is seeking a Client Advisor in Brussels East who will be the first contact for clients, supporting them with customer-focused solutions and a warm welcome at events.

With fluent Dutch and French, you will proactively engage existing and new clients, schedule meetings, provide admin support, and help the sales team deliver excellent service.

Are you an enthusiastic professional with a passion for customer service? As a Client Advisor in Brussels East, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them with customer-focused solutions. You’ll proactively reach out to existing and new clients and ensure a warm welcome at events. With your excellent communication skills in Dutch and French and your ability to set priorities independently, you’ll make a difference in our sales team. • You are the first point of contact for our customers—including business owners and professionals—via phone, email, our app, or in person at the office;
• When customers have questions, you provide customer-focused and independent solutions or refer them to your colleagues, such as account managers or the district manager;
• At events or during client visits, you ensure a warm and professional welcome;
• You make an important contribution to the team of account managers by actively keeping them informed of relevant client information and commercial needs that you identify during conversations;
• You schedule appointments with clients, both for existing accounts and for potential new clients whom you approach first;
• In addition, you provide administrative support to the sales team, such as processing and verifying client data in our systems;
• You take practical office tasks seriously and handle the logistics of events;
• For you, it goes without saying that every assignment must be handled promptly and accurately, always with excellent service in mind.

• Is an enthusiastic and motivated professional who thrives on regular contact with clients;
• Is client-focused, a good listener, and consistently seeks the most suitable solutions for both business owners and independent professionals in a professional manner;
• Has the courage to proactively pick up the phone, whether to existing or potential new clients;
• Is eager to learn and open to new methods or digital tools; you see change as a challenge!;
• Is results-oriented and enjoys a varied range of tasks;
• Has the ability to set priorities independently and can create an efficient daily schedule on their own;
• Has an excellent command of both Dutch and French, both written and spoken;
• Preferably holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, but we are also open to candidates who have acquired their skills through experience.
