WARREN is hiring an Account Executive in Gent, Belgium to own the full sales cycle from discovery through contract signing. You will build relationships with HR Directors, CFOs, and founders, driving a transformed pension and benefits proposition.

Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus strong English, is required. You will create demand, run high-quality discovery calls, conduct product demos, develop compelling proposals, and hand off to customer success with care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, HR tech or financial services.
• Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build lasting relationships.
• You are curious, high-energy, and capable of creating urgency without pressure.
