Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in employee benefits such as group insurance or HR consulting.
• Fluent in Belgian 2nd pillar pension regulations and scheme design.
• Excellent communicator, both in formal meetings and informal discussions.

Responsabilités

• Join sales calls as the pension expert and answer complex queries.
• Develop sales enablement tools including ROI calculators and objection-handling guides.
• Lead assessments to align prospect needs with Warren’s capabilities.
