WARREN in Belgium is seeking a Pension Specialist who can turn complex Belgian 2nd pillar pension rules into clear, compelling propositions for sales conversations. You’ll be the pension brain in the room, translating design, tax, and cost considerations into practical proposals that resonate with HR directors and CFOs.

You’ll own the knowledge infrastructure, build playbooks, comparison tools, and onboarding content, and collaborate with marketing to produce accessible materials.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in employee benefits, including group insurance or pension schemes.
• Deep knowledge of Belgian 2nd pillar pension design, tax treatment, and scheme trade-offs.
• Ability to translate complex pension concepts into clear, business-ready proposals.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Be the pension expert in discovery calls, demos, and proposals.
• Build sales enablement tools: battle cards, ROI calculators, scheme design summaries.
• Lead functional-fit assessments and tailor pension proposals with the sales team.
• Develop internal knowledge base and run knowledge sessions on regulatory updates.
