About the role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the logistics of export shipments
• Ensuring accurate and timely record and document management
• Communicating with importers, exporters, and suppliers
• Ensuring documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements

About you:

To be successful in this role, you should be adaptable and capable of effectively addressing challenges, especially during peak periods. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy coordinating multiple elements. Previous administrative experience is required, and prior exposure to logistics or coordination will be highly beneficial.
